Toronto based photographer. Trying to find her way into the world step-by step.

May 24

Oh, finally, a day off from work. But really, it’s never a day off. It’s never ending. I never stop working. Whether it’s shooting for myself, or shooting clients, it never stops. But I love it. I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else.

This morning I woke up and decided to bring my bestie breakfast and sneak in a morning shoot with her tree blossoms that are in full bloom. The soft pink petals and her beautiful tanned complexion would compliment each other.

I’m sitting in my morning office, outside on the patio and while listening to the woodpecker, and watching this cute chipmunk run past me every 5-10 minutes made me realize that it really doesn’t matter where you are, what you’re doing or who you’re with, there is beauty in even the simplest things. Maybe not everyone sees it, maybe I see it because I’m a photographer.. but the smallest and simplest things turn out to be some of my best work.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that if you have a passion or a desire to do something, then go out and do it. Between working, going to school and juggling in life, I always make time for everything and everyone, if I can do it, believe me, you can too.

It’s a beautiful day out here in Toronto, so this is me telling you to get off your butt and explore! xo

Let’s Get Shooting!

If there’s one thing I’m missing lately, it’s waking up and heading to school during the weekdays, seeing my “second” family, learning and doing what I love the most.

It’s been more difficult than anticipated to wake up and go back to my normal job, not with a camera, not photography related.

I’ve been working on shoots, and shooting some of my own personal series and projects, and I love it. The feeling of chasing my dreams and making it closer day by day is a great feeling.

I would love to get out even more and work with new people to obtain some more experience and grow my portfolio.
